How do I book a photoshoot with your team?

Booking a photoshoot with us is easy! Simply visit our website and fill out the contact form with your details and requirements. Alternatively, you can give us a call or send us an email, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your needs and schedule a convenient time for your shoot.

Do I need to sign a contract and pay a deposit?

Yes! We require all clients to sign a contract and send a retainer of 50% of the invoiced price so that your shoot can be officially booked. This ensures all parties involved are protected. Make sure you ask any questions before your sign the contract.

What should I wear for my photoshoot?

The clothing you wear for your photoshoot will depend on the type of images you want to achieve. We recommend wearing outfits that make you feel comfortable and confident, and that reflect your personal style or brand identity. We're happy to provide guidance on wardrobe selection based on the look and feel you're aiming for.

How long does a typical photoshoot last?

The duration of a photoshoot can vary depending on factors such as the type of shoot, the number of locations, and the complexity of the setup. A standard portrait session usually lasts between 1 to 2 hours, while larger projects such as events or commercial shoots may take longer. We'll work with you to create a timeline that fits your schedule and ensures we capture the images you need.

How soon will I receive my photos after the shoot?

We understand that you're excited to see your images, so we strive to deliver them to you as quickly as possible. The turnaround time for your photos will depend on the scope of the project and our current workload.

Within 24-48 hours after the photoshoot, you will receive a link to an online gallery where you can view the watermarked proofs. This will include every photo taken during the session. You will have the opportunity to mark your favorites.
From there you can expect to receive your edited favorites within 1 to 2 weeks after you have marked your favorite photos. We'll keep you informed every step of the way and ensure you're satisfied with the final results.

Do you offer photo printing services?

Within the online gallery, there will be an option to have the photos printed and sent directly to you without the need to provide us with your home address.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my photoshoot?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we're flexible when it comes to rescheduling or canceling your photoshoot. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your appointment, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that a cancellation fee may apply for last-minute cancellations.

Are you available for destination photoshoots?

Although we are based in Houston, we love to travel! Whether you're planning a destination wedding, a corporate event, or a special photo session in a picturesque location, we're happy to accompany you to your chosen destination. How do you photograph weddings?

You and your partner will be our top priority. During the planning meetings, we will be establishing a timeline which will include a list of pictures that will be most important to you and your spouse on your special day.

Where are you based and do you travel?

We are based in Houston and yes we do travel. Additional travel expenses may apply .

When will we get our photos?

Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 8 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season we photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!

How many pictures will we receive?

For a 8 hours coverage wedding, you will receive between 400 to 800 fully edited images. The focus is being able to tell a story while providing more quality work instead of quantity.
